Media Public Discourse
Access to tech culture can be hard, constrained by corporate secrecy and a fast paced workplace. Journalists’ accounts of power relations in computing have been a great source of data in the Valuing the Social in Computing project. We amassed an archive of over 500+ articles on the social dimensions of computing and share them here, grouped in themes that reflect in our on-going analyses. This collection of media sources puts a spotlight on Big Tech to catalyze public reckoning with its impact on society.
